The ceremony was attended by the university leaders and a number of government departments officials in Hafar Al -Batin Governorate, and the university’s employees of academic, administrative, male and female students. A day when we were overwhelmed, then His Excellency the President of the University of Hafar Al -Batin delivered a speech in which he welcomed His Highness the Governor of Hafar Al -Batin, and the attendance of the ceremony. We create a title for glory, and we have stories for the championships, and we raise the flags of the pads of the past of steadfastness to the present of the renaissance and progress, all the way to a great homeland that boasts of its leaders, and is proud of its authenticity. Al -Harbi also stressed that we & nbsp; We feel the duty towards our homeland, and I am aware of the necessity of preserving this deep legacy, attention in building, and promoting national meat. The President of the University concluded his speech by raising the highest verses of congratulations and blessings to the position of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman, his Crown Prince, Prime Minister (may God protect them) and to all the Saudi people, asking God to preserve our country and its leaders from all bad under the patron of its renaissance and the builder of its glory is the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Highness the Crown Prince - Araba - God.
