The Electronic Service Level Agreement is a document that aims to clarify and detail the quality of services provided by the University of Hafr Al-Batin through its electronic portal. This agreement is an explicit and clear understanding between the two parties i.e. the university and individuals wishing to use its electronic services. When anyone visits the university’s electronic portal to obtain a service this is considered his/her approval of all terms and conditions related to the use and services provided through the portal without any effect from any other agreements that may be in effect at the same time.

It also makes every possible effort to ensure the provision of high-quality and reliable services to all beneficiaries of its electronic services.
