About the college

The Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is home to the University of Hafr Al-Batin. The Royal Decree (20937), dated May 2, 1435, A.H., or April 3, 2014, and serving as the guardian of the two holiest mosques under King Abdullah Abdulaziz al-Reign Saud, provided the legal basis for the decree's issuance. One of Hafr Al-Batin University's larger colleges is the College of Arts. A high number of students enroll each year. There are five departments at the college: the Department of Islamic Studies, the Department of Arabic Language, the Department of English Language and Translation, the Department of Social Service, and the Department of Social Studies.

The college offers bachelor's degrees in Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, Social Work, English Language, Linguistics Specialization, English Language Literature Specialization, English Language Translation Specialization, Communication and Media Specialization, Radio and Television Specialization, Journalism Specialization, Electronic Publishing Specialization, and Public Relations and Advertising Specialization.

 The vision and mission of the Faculty of Art are aligned with those of the University, which are motivated by the Kingdom's 2030 vision. As a result, the college fosters growth and public service, offers the labor market the liberal arts professionals it needs, and enhances research endeavors in line with the institution's area of focus.

The college is committed to giving students a stimulating atmosphere for learning. As a result, students get the support, care, encouragement, supervision, and direction they need to thrive, and faculty members get the help and instruction they need to help students foster an environment that is conducive to creativity and development. The college is taking many actions to get accredited, such as adopting strict requirements, introducing new programs frequently, and self-evaluating to enhance performance.​
