the university participated in the activities of the third winter festival and the accompanying exhibition, which was opened by the Commander of the Northern Region, Major General Khaled Al-Juhani, in the presence of the University Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Ateeq Al-Anazi, and a number of representatives of government agencies and participating associations.

the university’s participation came through an introductory pavilion that included a presentation of a group of its achievements and the advanced global rankings and positions it has achieved, in addition to its initiatives, academic programs and community services, in addition to innovative models that reflect the university’s efforts in developing education and enhancing its role in serving society.

the Northern Region Commander toured the university's pavilion and viewed the exhibits it presents that introduce the university's identity, programs and development initiatives, appreciating the role it plays in empowering students and supporting the educational movement in the region.

at the conclusion of the visit, the University Vice President for Academic Affairs presented a memorial shield to the region’s commander. In recognition of the existing cooperation between the university and King Khalid Military City and to enhance partnerships aimed at serving the community. He also received a commemorative shield from the Commander of the Northern Region, as an expression of thanks and appreciation for the university’s participation and efforts in the festival’s activities.

it is noteworthy that the festival activities will be held from Saturday to Tuesday, November 22 - 25.
