the University of Hafr Al-Batin, represented by the Languages ​​and Translation Center, achieved a qualitative achievement that reflects the excellence of its students, by obtaining third place out of 58 international teams in the teamwork axis within the World English Olympiad for Universities 2025, which was held in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan during the period from 18 to 20 December 2025, under the title “Sports”, within the framework of the university’s support for academic excellence and enhancing the international presence of Saudi universities.

his Excellency the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr., confirmed that Muhammad bin Ateeq Al-Anazi said that this achievement reflects the advanced academic level reached by the university’s male and female students, and embodies the efficiency of the educational programs and the quality of their outcomes. He pointed out that achieving an advanced position in an international competition that includes 58 teams from international universities is a qualitative achievement and a source of pride.

he added that the university continues to support student talents and enable them to represent the nation in international forums, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, and contributes to enhancing the global presence of Saudi universities.
