The Department of Transportation and Movement was established in 1436 AH along with the founding of the University of Hafr Al-Batin. Through this department, all aspects of university transportation, including car movement, scientific trips, hospitality, official visits, and other activities that support all of the university's directions, are managed and vehicle movements are monitored. Using the unique university number assigned to each vehicle, the department keeps cars in good working order, supplies them with fuel and oils, and conducts routine follow-ups in accordance with the standards and timetables that are specific to each vehicle.
