The establishment of the Transportation and Movement Department dates back to the year 1436 AH with the establishment of Hafar Al-Batin University. Through this department, the transportation units affiliated with it are managed, vehicle movements are monitored, and everything related to university transportation is monitored, including car movements, academic trips, hospitality, official visits, and other matters that serve all the university’s objectives. The department also supervises the maintenance of vehicles, supplying them with fuel and oils, and periodically following up on them according to specific systems and schedules for each vehicle, through the university number specific to each vehicle.
