This agreement governs your use of the “University of Hafr Al-Batin” portal.

The University of Hafr Al-Batin reserves the right to change or modify part or all of this agreement at any time, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon being announced on the portal.

Your use of our portal constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications we make as mentioned above.

If you do not accept any of the terms of this agreement at any time, you must immediately stop using the portal.

You acknowledge that the “University of Hafr Al-Batin” portal contains information, links, and other materials (collectively referred to as “Content”), which are protected by copyrights, trademarks, or ownership rights belonging to us or to other parties.

You also acknowledge your acceptance of any copyrights, information, or additional restrictions included in any content available on the portal.

Storing any part of the content electronically is prohibited, except as expressly permitted under copyright laws. Copying, storing, publishing, or distributing any content without our explicit permission is not allowed.

The University of Hafr Al-Batin does not commit to representing or endorsing the accuracy or reliability of any content, and you acknowledge that any reliance on such content is solely at your own risk.

Our portal contains links to websites owned and operated by third parties (“External Sites”).

You acknowledge that the University of Hafr Al-Batin is not responsible for providing any external sites or any information or content related to them.

You must contact the administrators of those external sites if you have any concerns regarding those links or the content available on those external sites.

The University of Hafr Al-Batin reserves its exclusive right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to part or all of the portal at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the electronic portal at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without prior notice.

The University of Hafr Al-Batin provides no warranty regarding the benefits obtained from using the electronic portal.

We also provide no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the services and content. You expressly acknowledge your acceptance of the quality and performance of the services.

We bear no responsibility for any act, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use of or inability to use the portal.

By accessing our portal, you express your agreement to be bound by and become a party to this agreement, and such agreement represents your binding signature acknowledging all terms and provisions of this agreement.

This agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes regarding this agreement shall be resolved before the courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
