The agencies and departments of the Deanship of Admission and Registration are devoted to assisting male and female students from the time of their enrollment in the university until their graduation with academic services that are of the highest caliber and fairness. This division strives for excellence in the services offered to ensure justice among students with high transparency in accordance with definable fundamentals and standards, as well as excellence in the service provided to faculty members and students in accordance with contemporary technology.

With the support of His Excellency the University President, the Deanship of Admission and Registration strives to provide electronic services related to admission and registration and make them accessible to students, faculty members, and others. This is done in order to fulfill the Deanship's vision and mission and to reach the highest levels possible in all departments and services offered to students. The deanship is responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks with strict deadlines that demand promptness and accuracy, such as accepting new students, registering courses for male and female students each semester, following up with colleges and students on the student's plan until the requirements of the study plan are completed until the batches are graduated... to Other tasks that the Deanship seeks to carry out to the fullest.​
