The University of Hafr Al-financial Batin's and administrative activities have existed since the institution's founding and have grown along with it. The university's financial and administrative affairs department serves as the institution's backbone after its separation from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University was authorized by a royal decree in 1436 AH. The primary responsibility of the office of financial and administrative affairs is to manage the university's business of a financial and administrative nature. It takes a special interest in aspects of development at all levels, including technical and human cadres, and works to advance this business by utilizing cutting-edge techniques
