The University Property Department was established by Resolution No. 5483/057/45 dated 23/3/1445 and is organizationally linked to the University Agency based on the university's academic structure attached to the University Affairs Council Resolution No. (2/16/45) dated 12/3/1445. A word from the Director of the Department The University Property Department is considered one of the modern and pivotal departments in the administrative structure of Hafar Al-Batin University and is entrusted with the tasks of inventorying, documenting, preserving, maintaining and investing the university's property properties, as well as taking advantage of the available opportunities to exploit some sites of other government agencies as headquarters for some colleges and departments affiliated with the university until their headquarters are established. The department strives to achieve quality standards and automate all its work by investing the available capabilities to advance the work of the department and highlight it in a way that achieves the aspirations of the university and achieves its goals.
