The University Properties Department was established pursuant to Resolution No. 5483/057/45, dated 23/3/1445 AH (March 23, 1445 AH). It is organizationally linked to the University Agency, based on the university's academic structure attached to Resolution No. 2/16/45, dated 12/3/1445 AH (March 12, 1445 AH). A Message from the Director of the Department The University Properties Department is a modern and pivotal department within the administrative structure of the University of Hafr Al-Batin. It is entrusted with the tasks of inventorying, documenting, preserving, and investing in university-owned properties. It also takes advantage of available opportunities to utilize the sites of other government agencies as headquarters for some of the university's colleges and departments until their own headquarters are established. The department strives to achieve quality standards and automate all its work by investing in available resources to advance and enhance the department's work, achieving the university's aspirations and objectives.
