The Decision Support and Performance Monitoring Unit strives to automate university data and regulate access to it in order to become the primary hub for data sharing inside and outside of the university and to take advantage of the number of statistics and digital data available at the institution. With the development of key performance indicators and the use of the appropriate analytic and reporting tools, the unit also works to transform unstructured data from the many university departments into information that is valuable.
